Clean Nova Scotia provides quality environmental education and information in several strategic areas, in accordance with our strategic plan: Climate Change & Energy, Water, Waste, Air Quality, Health & Community and Classroom Resources.
Throughout our programs you will find several common themes:
- change begins with individual responsibility and action,
- one small action can have enormous impact
- personal health and environment are inextricably linked
- a healthier environment means a healthier economy for individuals and our province.
Our classroom resource programs tend to cover more than one "strategic area", but are designed to be curriculum-aligned and both teacher- and student-friendly.
